Shipping policy

Ottawa Orders

If you are in Ottawa, you have the option of picking up your online order in store free of charge instead of shipping, please select "Pick Up" when you check out.  Your order will be available during regular business hours within 2-4 days of order completion.  You will receive email confirmation of its availability.

Shipped Orders to anywhere in Canada         

Shipping rates will be calculated at the time of check out.

Orders will be packed and shipped within 2 business days of check out completion.  We do not ship on national holidays.

We ship all orders via Canada Post. Please allow 2-14 days for delivery.  Faster options are available for an additional fee.  Please contact 613-241-0044 or info@dakudesigns.com for more information.

Please ensure that you enter a complete and correct shipping address including apartment number where applicable.  D'Aku Designs accepts no liability for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Shipped International Orders

We can ship anywhere that Canada Post can accommodate.

Be aware that international orders (an order shipped to any country except Canada) may have additional duties, taxes and brokerage fees in accordance with that country's own regulations added to the postage charges.  These additional charges are your responsibility, and are payable upon receipt of your package.  D'Aku Designs is not liable for any cross border customs or other charges or losses that may arise from the customer refusing to pay said charges on a shipped purchase.
