Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receipt of the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, it is the buyers responsibility to pay for the return shipping of the item.  Returned items must arrive back at the shop within 10 days following return confirmation. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please send your securely-packed item along with a copy of the original invoice back to the following address:

We do not accept returns from outside of Canada at this time.

Exchanges
Returns of regular-priced merchandise are eligible for exchange, or gift cards.  
We do not offer refunds.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 

We also do not accept returns for the following items:

  • Scarves
  • Headwrap/Headbands
  • Scrunchies
  • Body sponge 
  • Masks

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
